Behind every Hi-Life creation is a manufacturing ecosystem built on precision, skill, and attention to detail. Our manufacturing journey has continuously evolved over the years, expanding across classical furniture, modern collections, modular solutions, and metal fabrication capabilities. With a 25,000 sq.ft. production facility and dedicated quality control processes, every piece is crafted with a focus on durability, functionality, and finish.

Rajiv Taneja | Founder & Managing Director
With over 35 years of experience in the furniture industry, Rajiv Taneja founded Hi-Life to bring forth his love of classic and timeless designs with the world. His passion and dedication to the craft has transformed Hi-Life Furnishers into a pioneer in the furniture industry. At the heart of Rajiv’s approach is an ability to translate market instincts into actionable growth strategies. Under his exceptional managing and sales leadership, Hi-Life has evolved into a brand renowned for design, quality and craftsmanship.
Sapna Taneja | Director
A key support behind strategy and governance, Sapna Taneja brings a clear sense of direction to Hi-Life’s operations. Her contributions to business growth, daily operations and overall organizational development have helped make Hi-Life the brand it is today. Sapna’s exceptional sense of style and design elevates all collections, making luxury look effortless.
Akshay Taneja | Operations Director
With a contemporary and refined eye for detail, Akshay Taneja approaches every project with an intuitive precision, which is what sets Hi-Life apart. Transitioning seamlessly from concept to execution, Akshay is hands-on, dedicated and brings structure to visions. His passion for the craft came early, which he realized through a Bachelor’s in Architecture degree from IP University, Delhi, followed by a Specialization in Furniture Design from Politecnico di Milano, Italy. Through all the chaos, he finds clarity with integrity.
Astha Taneja | Creative Director
The mind behind the creative direction of Hi-Life, Astha Taneja believes in design that can bring alive stories. With a Bachelor’s in Architecture degree from IP University, Delhi, followed by a Specialization in Furniture Design from Politecnico di Milano, Italy, she has an intuitive understanding of spaces, function and scale along with an intricate knowledge of materials, construction and processes - driving her dedication to constantly push boundaries in design. Carving a bridge between our culture and modern-day design, Astha’s artistic language is instinctive and soulful, driven by purpose and passion.
